Can you advise on the care of an antique carriage clock?
I’ve just had it mended and want to keep it in good condition but it’s been so long since it worked that I can’t remember how much and how often to wind it!
Wind it up until the tensiongives resistance. It will probably take at least 4 /5 turns, and see how long it runs for. That will give you an idea anyhow
